Moderation Feed
The Moderation Feed is a centralized hub that enables community managers, moderators, and admins to efficiently manage flagged posts, comments, and messages across all communities, user feeds, and channels. This unified interface provides advanced filtering and AI-powered insights for streamlined moderation.
Accessing Moderation Feed
Navigate to the "Moderation" section in the Social+ Console sidebar and select "Moderation feed" to access the centralized moderation interface.
Interface Overview
The Moderation Feed is organized into two primary tabs
To Review Tab: Displays all flagged posts, comments, and messages that require moderator attention
Reviewed Tab: Shows a complete history of all moderation actions taken on flagged posts, comments, and messages

The "To Review" tab is organized into two main categories:

Posts and comments
View and manage all flagged posts and comments across your communities and user feeds:
Content Overview
Total count of flagged posts and comments requiring review
Individual post and comment cards showing user information, timestamps, and content previews
Context visibility showing where the content was posted (community name or user feed)
Thread context for comments to understand the full conversation
Flagging Information:
View AI mod reasons
View the user's report reasons
Number of users who reported the messages
Last Flag date
Moderation Actions Available
Delete post/comment for immediate removal
Clear flag to remove from the "To review" tab

Messages
View and manage all flagged messages across your channels:
Message overview
Total count of flagged messages
Sender information and timestamps
Message content preview
Channel context where the message was posted
Flagging Information
View AI mod reasons
View the user's report reasons
Number of users who reported the messages
Last flag date
Moderation Actions Available
Delete the message for immediate removal
Clear flag to remove it from "To Review" tab

Filtering and Sorting Options
Use filters to review flagged content efficiently across posts, comments, and messages. Some filters are global, while others are specific to either posts and comments, or messages.

Reviewed Tab
The "Reviewed" tab provides a complete history of all moderated posts, comments, and messages that have been cleared of flags or deleted. It enables admins to track moderation decisions, evaluate team performance, and ensure accountability in community management.
Key Differences from To Review
The Reviewed tab contains all the same post, comment, and message information as To Review, plus these additional elements:
Moderation Details
Moderation action taken: Whether the content was deleted or the flag was cleared
Moderator name: Displays the name of the admin who performed the action, or "AI" if the action was automated.
Moderation timestamp: Date and time of when the action was completed.

Moderation Actions Available
Delete previously unflagged posts, comments, or messages if needed

Efficient Review Process
Filter by report reasons that are high priority based on your community use case
Use thread context to understand the full conversation before taking action on comments
Review user engagement metrics to assess the impact of posts and comments
Prioritize posts, comments, and messages with higher flag counts for immediate attention
Team Coordination
Use the Reviewed tab to track team member actions
Maintain consistency in moderation decisions across team members
Review moderation history to ensure fair treatment of users
