This widget provides a user interface for creating a new chat conversation.
This component enables users to search for other users and initiate a new chat conversation with them.

Allows users to search for other users by typing at least 3 characters.
User List Display
Displays a list of users matching the search query.

Updates the user list dynamically as the search query changes.
